If you have had an abortion, you are not alone. According to
statistics, more than one-third (35%) of American women will have had
an abortion by age 45. Abortion has affected single, married and
divorced women. It has touched women from all different age groups,
races, socio-economic levels and religions.
Though abortion
has affected millions of women, many have a difficult time processing
their experience. Perhaps you can relate to feelings of guilt,
grief or even depression which you have tried to keep pushed
down. Abortion is a form of trauma, and as such, requires a
healing process.
We are here to offer you a safe place to find
support after an abortion. Life Choices Clinic offers one-on-one peer
counseling, as well as weekend workshops, to allow you to talk about
the physical and emotional issues you may have experienced after an
abortion. This is a place where you can find healing.
